One of the most interesting start ups in Israel is Status Search, which is still in closed beta.
Status Search allows  to search Facebook and Twitter friends to find relevant content. It’s a very fast, stable and really well designed social search engine. At the moment it’s only available for Twitter and Facebook. But founder Lior Levin plans to expand it for other social networks as well.

Levin was named the “Most Promising Entrepreneurs in Israel” last year. It’s his second start up. In 2007 he founded a company called Veedda. Lior is also the Co-Founder of the “Young Israeli Entrepreneurs” group. A group of start-up founders not older than 30.
